This is due to its ability to operate in over 60 countries, remain relevant to its customers through innovative new products and services, and a transformation to its warehouses to become more efficient.
Agilitas’ impressive growth in the last year has seen its overall turnover reach £12 million in FY19, generating an EBITDA consolidated group profit of £2.6 million. This represents growth of 30%, when compared to the FY18 financial year results. Furthermore, with an EBITDA percentage return against turnover of 22%, Agilitas’ growth compares favourably to its peers, as it leads the way in delivering both UK and global, outcome-based IT solutions for its channel partners.
This exceptional growth has been the result of Agilitas delivering its services to an increasing number of UK and worldwide channel businesses. Agilitas now trades in over 60 countries worldwide, and is always working to ensure that it remains relevant to its customers. As such, it has recently announced the launch of AssureMeNow, the first of its kind channel services online pricing portal for maintenance services.
The AssureMeNow portal, which is part of Agilitas’ digital transformation project focused on automation, is a quotation tool that links directly into Agilitas’ systems, ensuring seamless integration when a customer order is placed. This tool makes it quicker for partners of Agilitas to create quotes and offers a more efficient way to place orders. Not only does AssureMeNow contribute to Agilitas’ growing success, it also allows its partners to take control and respond quicker to the needs of their end user clients.
The company has also transformed its Nottingham storage hub, increasing storage capacity by 40% to facilitate customer demand whilst contributing further to its profit growth. Agilitas’ recent research-led report on Transformation in the Global IT Channel found that over two thirds of decision makers consider business transformation essential in order to meet customer requirements.
Internally, Agilitas’ current ‘Channel in 2020’ campaign has helped stimulate overall business growth, securing a number of significant qualified opportunities to date. The success of this campaign has led Agilitas to launch a new campaign in 2019 called ‘Connect: Voice of the Channel’. This campaign will provide a barometer of the industry and assist partners in shaping their own strategy, and will be launching over the coming months.
