boxxe, which launched its rebrand and new website earlier this month, was drawn to Agilitas because of their excellent reputation and vendor agnostic approach to service delivery. The latter allowing boxxe to support customers in consolidating multiple service contracts and SLAs in to one single support contract, regardless of the technologies or products to cover. The key benefits include cost savings and reduced administration.
