Central to the deal is Agilitas’ inventory-as-a-service product, Inventory Assure. This enables CORETX to provide engineering support contracts to customers with a four-hour IT parts delivery SLA. By outsourcing the provision of IT spares to Agilitas, CORETX will gain significant improvement on parts availability, shorter delivery times and cost savings.
Integral to the success of the partnership will be the specialist training provided to CORETX field engineers by Agilitas’ in-house training centre. This complements the already significant ongoing investment CORETX makes in field engineer training and further enhances the company’s ability to service customers. Agilitas’ training will also improve engineer utilisation, helping streamline operations and reduce any skills gap on future contracts.
