Agilitas IT Solutions has updated its online pricing tool, AssureMeNow. The solution, a channel services online pricing tool for hardware maintenance and professional services, was first launched last year, and now has additional functionality to help the growing number of channel partners who find themselves working from home.

AssureMeNow is a quote tool that links directly into Agilitas’ systems, ensuring seamless integration when a customer order is placed. The tool provides a personalised dashboard for customers, where users can see their total number of overall quotes, the number of quotes won within their value, as well as any lost quotes and the value of them.
The latest version, launched today, has enhanced functionality, such as: UK & European Pricing, Professional Services pricing, Cisco-backed services. It can now produce quotes in both PDF & Excel formats, which can also include the partner’s logo and branding, as well as allowing partners to apply a percentage uplift, meaning partners can use the tool to quote their end user customers directly. The new update also includes a simple process to manage contract renewals, helping to make it easier for Agilitas’ partners to keep long-term, annuity business going.
The portal enables users to quote multi-vendor maintenance and engineering resources for the increased demand on keeping IT networks operational, during this time of unprecedented strain on the global IT channel. It has also been designed to provide a much more enhanced customer experience as part of our commitment to ‘make it easier to do business’ with Agilitas.
