Channel service provider looks to help home workers operate more effectively
Agilitas has rolled out updates to its AssureMeNow pricing tool, which it says will help resellers work more effectively from home.
AssureMeNow quotes the cost of hardware maintenance and professional services available to channel partners and was launched last year.
Agilitas CEO Shaun Lynn said: “In light of the current situation brought about by COVID-19, the majority of channel partners are working remotely.
“I’m pleased that we have been able to accelerate the updates to our innovative AssureMeNow tool, to help our partners continue to do business through this difficult time, with the ability to ‘self-serve’ quotes, through the easy-to-use ecommerce style interface.”
AssureMeNow links directly into Agilitas’ own IT systems “ensuring seamless integration when a customer order is placed”, the service provider said.
The latest version includes UK and European pricing, as well as Cisco-backed services.
Partners can use the tool to quote end users directly.
“As the world is under unexpected amounts of pressure and strain, with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic being felt across all sectors, it is more important than ever to make sure that we are providing tools and services that our partners want and need,” Lynn added.
